Can I see the actual product before deciding?
Ask for representative images of the proposed lot, its size description and any sample options. Website product images are reference photographs and do not confirm current stock or a specific lot.
Do you publish a fixed price or MOQ?
No fixed price or MOQ is published. Send your product specification, quantity, packing and destination so the relevant availability and terms can be discussed.
Can you guarantee a particular delivery date?
Timing needs to be confirmed for the actual order. Include your target date so availability, preparation and shipment arrangements can be discussed before you commit.
Can I order for retail or use my own label?
